Beverford takes it's name from a sleepy hamlet where Buller have established their second winery operation. With the progressive addition of cutting edge vinification facilities, Beverford can produce palate friendly, forward drinking wines to suit contemporary styles and surpass all standards. Richard Buller has drawn batches of good fruit from growers in the old tobacco country of Victoria's highlands. The cool climate of the King Valley is ideal for slowly ripening Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, it brings out the unique flavours of the grapes. Parcels of fruit are vinified at the Beverford wineworks at Swan Hill, fashioned into a refreshing white wine that features strong regionality and heightened flavour profiles. Approx 13.0%
