When the Scotchmans Hill team embarked on a pursuit to acquire the finest parcels of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc in Western Australia, they discovered the magnificent national park of Cape Le Grand. White sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, the most magnificent wildflowers and sunbathing kangaroos were the added bonus in determining the choicest fruit. The winemaking team focuses on isolating grapes displaying the most healthy, clean and intense fruit characters possible. From this point the vinification is about being a conduit for those vineyard characters. Alcohol 13.5%
