After many years of international success, Konrad Wines remain fully owned by the Hengstler family, Konrad and Sigrun, their two sons, Conrad and Carlo. The Hengstlers originally migrated from Germany to Australia. While travelling through New Zealand, Konrad discovered Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and was immediately attracted to the distinctive character of wine.
