Close study and a meticulous grafting of vines have contributed to the exceptional suitability of the Leeuwin property for Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. Subject to the Margaret River's most isolated and pristine natural environment, the influence of Leeuwin's viticultural practice is intentionally minimal. Vineyards are kept balanced to the annual environmental conditions. With the emphasis on quality rather than quantity, yields at Leeuwin are kept low.
