Mystic Park Vineyard is located in the sun drenched Murray Valley, halfway between Kerang and Swan Hill. It is Brown Brothers's warmest growing site and has become crucial in the development of contemporary styles of wine unique to Brown Brothers. Muscat of Alexandria thrives in the idyllic climes of Murray Valley where vines yield parcels of deliciously, plump, juicy grapes, bursting with flavour and perfect for an effervescent wine. Grapes are harvested at ripe natural sugar levels showing high levels of baume ranging from 9.5� to 12.5� Fruit is treated to a Charmat fermentation which retains the irresistible grape flavours and aromas, to be bottled promptly after vinification.
