Sauvignon Blanc with crisp characters and just the right amount of refreshing acidity is essential to the Diamond label style. Components of fruit which are high in vibrant aromatic profiles are included to add complexity. Grapes are picked only when the desired levels of natural fruit sugars are achieved. Rosemount is vinified and matured in controlled fermenters to capture the expression of terroir, to retain all the vibrant expressions of vital Sauvignon Blanc and to achieve a refreshing, early drinking style.
