An estate harvest of Burgundian clones Chardonnay, finished to a style of the most sophisticated balance between bold varietal fruit and subtle savoury complexities. Grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, the slightly cloudy juices are racked directly to seasoned and new French oak barriques for a traditional, old world ferment. Batches are stirred weekly over the course of nine months maturation before assemblage.
