A combination of new and old world vinification techniques, malolactic ferments and lees stirring, achieves a textural, creamy Burgundy style of West Australian Chardonnay.

Harvested to a schedule determined by the development of vibrant varietal characters, Chardonnay is treated to a course of rich barrel ferments, malolactic and a spell of battonage on sedimentery lees, followed by a spell of maturation in a selection of fine oak barriques.
