Eaux de vie, selected from the four premier appellations of Cognac and aged up to thirty years, Hennessy X.O is heir to a tradition of refinement and exclusivity. A spirit of masculinity and generosity, paradoxically complex while exhibiting seamlessness, delicate and gracious yet powerful and profoundly structured.
Tawny amber colour. Rich, full bodied and complex, the spicy aromas of oak and leather with the sweeter essences of flowers and ripe fruit. Well balanced, the initial flourish is dominated by the powerful suggestion of pepper and rancio, which testify to the long years it has spent being aged. Traditionally served after a fine meal or warmed in a snifter, more and more proselytes are discovering the joy of X.O with a splash of water.
