Watershed Vineyard is situated five kilometres south of Margaret River at the intersection of Darch Road and Bussell Highway, the major arterial road for traffic travelling to and from Margaret River township. The Watershed property enjoys extensive Bussell Highway frontage, its closely managed vineyards yield the most intensely flavoured harvests of Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are all picked and hand sorted, following macerations and the crush, components are inoculated and treated to a combination of fermenters, followed by eighteen months maturation in a mix of the finest French oak barriques.
