He has made the most of his family's contacts in the industry to isolate and secure parcels of the finest Pyrenees Shiraz, all grown to great vineyards, closely husbanded by the most devoted local vignerons. Crafted to an old fashioned claret style, driven by a hansom carriage of refined, ebony oak tannins, brimming with the moreish decadence of spiced cherry ripeness and chocolate plum richness.
