Eaux-de-vie aged up to fifteen years, VSOP is sourced from the four leading Cognac vineyards, to be matured in a selection of old, well seasoned oak barrels, of which the tannins have been purposefully extracted.
TASTING NOTES
A delicate blend of wood notes and spice, punctuated by the scents of cinnamon and clove. Discreet, subtle and harmonious, VSOP is characterised by a fragrance of honey and suggestion of liquorice. An elegant Cognac characterized by outstanding balance, softness and harmony followed by an exemplary finish exhibiting roundness and sophistication.
