The Taylor holdings in Valley Clare Valley were once the bed of an ancient inland sea that left behind rich, fertile, Terra rossa soils, ideal for the nurture of robust vines and flavoursome grapes. Promised Land are crafted to be stylish, fun and always great value. Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested from good vineyards. Parcels are fermented at warm temperatures in controlled fermentation vessels to capture and retain the essential varietal characters. After pressing, the separate components are treated to partial malolactic and oak maturation, before being brought together for assemblage into the final Shiraz Cabernet wine. Alcohol 13.5%
