By monitoring the fruit as it ripens on the vine, Four Sisters have selected the best grapes with good levels of natural sugar and refreshingly crisp acidity. Fruit is sourced from cooler climate central Victorian vineyards for a fresh and lean style of Chardonnay. Components are treated to fermenters aimed at retaining the natural citrus and peach characters, followed by a course of malolactic to soften the acid and the fruit.
