Vintages of Peter Lehmann Chardonnay have claimed many coveted awards at significant wine competitions throughout Australia. An assemblage of fruit from the Barossa and Eden Valleys are brought together with the aim of producing an affable wine with a degree of approachability. A choice parcel is treated to a luxurious wild fermentation in new French oak hogsheads. Components are aged on yeast lees for six months to derive texture and complexity before being assembled.
