About Eden Road Wines
Eden Road are creating some of the most exciting contemporary styled wines from the ancient soils of the Australian high country, engaging in a passionate search of fruit for the creation of truly regional wine
Few wineries as young or as small as Eden Road have won so many prestigious awards. Their dedication to searching for great terroir, coupled with a desire and devotion to unlocking the potential and uniqueness of local fruit. Since its very first Vintage when it won the Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy, Long Road Shiraz has quickly become one of the most storied and eagerly sought after Shiraz wines. Part of the intrigue of Long Road Shiraz stems from the fact that it was born to express the new and exciting wine regions around the high country of NSW, as an elegant and contemporary style of Shiraz. The style has evolved since 2008, when exploring the high country of NSW predominantly involved Canberra and the Hilltops region. It has now extended to include the hidden jewel of the Gundagai region as a thriving source for Long Road Shiraz.

Modern viticulture practices were employed and the vineyard began to flourish.

More on the Escarpment Winery
Situated just 5 kilometres east of Martinborough village, Escarpment's 24 hectares of distinctive alluvial gravel, terraced land stretches out along the banks of the Huangarua River
Overlooking the vineyard are the Aorangi Ranges, the very hills made famous by Kupe the great Polynesian voyager who discovered New Zealand, according to Maori legend. Kupe left his three canoes, Nga Waka, on top of the range, giving rise to the now familiar landmark of the district, the three flat-topped hills on top of the range, which resemble unturned canoes. This warrior and his story provide the inspiration for the vineyard's distinctive brand and logo

About Euroa Creeks Wines
Euroa Creeks is a single vineyard winemaking operation in the warmer Goulburn Valley region of Victoria
Winemaker David Lloyd of Mornington's Eldridge Estate is well known for his obsession with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but few knew of his passion for rich, ripe shiraz. In 2002 Lloyd found a vineyard in Victoria's Goulburn Valley that was small, and hand tended, producing nothing but sensational Shiraz fruit. Lloyd selected the Euroa Creeks purely on the basis of quality of the vineyard's fruit. The site is owner operated by Jo and Andrew Gall and is located a little east of the township of Euroa about 5km north of the Hume Highway. Tasting the grower's own Lilys Garden Shiraz, Lloyd knew there was a sensational wine waiting to be made. The result was 300 cases of Euroa Creeks 2002 Shiraz, bottled on 6 December 2003.
More on the Evans Tate Winery
Evans & Tate were at the forefront of the Margaret River's rise to international recognition as one of the world's great winegrowing appellations
Like many tales, Evans & Tate's does not begin in Australia. Lionel Teitelbaum was born in 1899 in a village called Nicopol in the Ukraine. Still a young boy when he emigrated to Australia in 1909, Lionel was bounding with confidence and enthusiasm. Such energy translated into a successful family and business life, creating a solid foundation for the future Tate generations. Lionel ensured that his son John enjoyed the benefits of an education as well as an appreciation of cultural pursuits including art, music and wine.
