The essential blend of crisp white varietal grapes, vinified from the finest Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc available to Wolf Blass. The wine's journey begins in the vineyard where careful canopy management, including summer pruning and fastidious pest and disease controls are conducted throughout the growing season to ensure grapes remain healthy and are evenly exposed to sunlight. Vineyards are harvested throughout the cool of night to capture and retain vibrant fruit flavours and crisp acidity. Each component is pressed and separately vinified in temperature controlled fermenters. Upon completion, parcels are assessed for inclusion, assembled and bottled early to retain freshness.
