Diamond Label is crafted from harvests of the finest Shiraz grown to Rosemount vineyards. Favourable microclimes, good soils and world class viticultural management techniques stimulate a steady ripening of fruit, to the development of full varietal characters, essential spice and requisite plummy tannins. Crushed and inoculated into a combination of tank and open top fermenters, retaining freshness and enhancing complexity, components are treated to a course of oak maturation, integrating fruit and softening the tannins.
