Treviso brings us the unique flavours and chic characters of contemporary Europe. Fruit was sourced from vineyards specially trained for this luscious style of wine. The parcels of Moscato grapes are selected from vines with good canopy cover providing shelter from the harsh sun, allowing the grapes to ripen naturally. The fruit was picked and pressed cold, juice was left to settle naturally and then filtered clean. During crushing the Moscato grapes were de-stemmed (the fruit is removed from the stem and any other material is also removed). The fermentation was kept at low controlled temperature in tank to retain fresh fruit characters and infuse the wine with a pleasant sprite. Approx 8.0%
