The classic regional blend of white varietal grapes, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc are treated to a controlled vinification without the interference of any oak to allow the complex fruit characters to dominate. Low fermentation temperatures achieve a maximum retention of fruit flavour and aromatics while ensuring the finished wine is completely dry. Early bottling has also preserved the fresh fruit flavours and vibrant characters of the vineyard.
