The wines of Terre di Sava are an articulation of the land and clime, the long history of the Puglia region and expression of folk who have been growing and making wine for countless generations. Established by a group of enthusiasts who shared a vision to preserve a unique winemaking culture, it is the passion of local villagers to grow the quality of fruit which speaks of their history and land. Zinfandel grapes are hand picked off closely managed old vines and treated to a mix of traditional old world fermentations and up to date vinification techniques, without any exposure to oak barrels, capturing the distinct Zinfandel fruit characters and retaining juicy freshness.
