Lindemans make sure there are no compromises in the vineyard or winery, when it comes to producing a low kilojoule crisp dry white. Inspired by the modern trend into forward drinking, contemporarily styled fresh, fruit driven wines, Lindemans hand select a collation of the finest harvests from the best vineyards. Early Harvest are vinified from the first picked grapes of vintage to create a wine naturally lower in carbohydrates and alcohol. Only those parcels which can express essential flavour profiles, elegance and intensity, are selected. Grapes are inoculated by neutral yeast and treated to a cool, temperature controlled vinification, capturing the crisp fruit flavours. Alcohol 8.5%
