At no stage in the process is any preservative SO2 added. Approx 12.5%
TASTING NOTES
Pale straw colour. Intense aromas of citrus and peach with hints of tropical notes, spicy vanilla bean over a light influence of supple oak. The palate is rich, generous and complex, displaying juicy fruit salad flavours, peaches, melons and honeydew. A soft and creamy medium bodied, textural wine, showing balanced acids and excellent length.
