A lengthy survey of the entire peninsula was undertaken to determine the most favourable soils and opportune mesoclimes. Terroir, place and selection, parcels of fruit and length and flavour concentration, complexity and intensity achieved through carefully selected hand picked fruit., finely crafted to a regimen of rich barrel ferments in new and one year old French oak, followed by a term of extended maturation to achieve west coast Chardonnay of the most outstanding quality and profound generousity.
