A slight twist towards the traditional as the palate tiptoes between the richness and orchardy fruit characters. An exceptional Clare sparkler with the inimitable grapey chalkiness of the locality, peachy and refreshingly minerally, clean with attractive acid a consistent creaminess throughout.
