Peter Lehmann established one of the nation's most eminent labels, by maintaining close relationships with the Barossa's most dedicated growers. His talented team treats every wine as a blank canvas, the analogous painter's palette being an endowment of fruit from hundreds of the Barossa's finest vineyards. Harvests of Shiraz and Grenache, some picked off old to very old vines, are collated from a number of sites dotted throughout the premiere viticultural precincts of Barossa Valley. Grapes are crushed and fermented on skins for several days before racking, clarification and an early bottling, completely unoaked, for a fruit driven style that's ideal for early enjoyment.
