An exclusively Chardonnay wine that's irresistable when chilled, Eaglehawk Cuvee Brut is crafted to a ripe and fruit driven, forward drinking styling, innately suited to all good faire and charming company.
The Wolf Blass winery is located at the epicentre of the Australian wine industry, and has produced some of Australia's most favourite wines. The Eaglehawk range are full of fresh fruit flavours, crafted from the very best grapes Australia has to offer. 100% Chardonnay grapes ares sourced from excellent sites across southeast Australia. The winemaking team work closely with the viticulturalists and carry out periodic checks in the vineyard to inspect progress of the vines. Following the pressing and fermentations, components were assembled into a distinctly flavoursome Cuvee with fine fruit characteristics and a touch of pleasantly tangy tropical acid at the finish. Wolf Blass Wines International was born in 1973 when Wolf started his own business, purchasing a 2.5 acre land holding with an old army shed outside Nuriootpa, at the northern end of the Barossa Valley. John Glaetzer joined the company and from 1974-1976 Wolf Blass Wines won three consecutive Jimmy Watson Trophies, the Black Label generated substantial publicity and hype. From this time onwards growth was impressive with Wolf Blass Yellow Label and Riesling becoming Australia's top selling red and white wine. Wolf Blass»
