A refreshing post modern style of white wine, lower in alcohol and calories, fashioned for relaxed, everyday enjoyment. Early Harvest has recently come to the attention of wine lovers everywhere, who dare to ask for easy to appreciate, early drinking wines, which are as light on kilojoules and alcohol, as they are big on juicy, mouthfilling flavours. A lively, fruit driven table white, balanced and classically dry, with an envigorating twist of natural acidity. Early Harvest is a good pick to be served chilled and crisp, accompanied by fine faire and your favourite company.
Lindemans make sure there are no compromises in the vineyard or winery, when it comes to producing a low kilojoule crisp dry white. Inspired by the modern trend into forward drinking, contemporarily styled fresh, fruit driven wines, Lindemans hand select a collation of the finest harvests from the best vineyards. Early Harvest are vinified from the first picked grapes of vintage to create a wine naturally lower in carbohydrates and alcohol. Only those parcels which can express essential flavour profiles, elegance and intensity, are selected. Grapes are inoculated by neutral yeast and treated to a cool, temperature controlled vinification, capturing the crisp fruit flavours. Alcohol 8.5%

More About Lindemans Winery
Lindemans promise more than the partnering of quality grapes and craftsmanship. Every wine contains the spirit and passion of founder Dr Henry J Lindeman
A graduate of London’s famous St. Bartholomew’s Hospital, Henry Lindeman discovered winemaking while travelling through Europe in the late 1830s. Fascinated by wine’s medicinal benefits, he devoted much of his time to learning the skilful craft. In 1840, he returned to England to marry Eliza Bramhall and within weeks, the couple embarked on a four-month voyage to start a new life in the Australian colonies. Lindemans»
