Produced exclusively from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, Nicolas Feuillatte has been the fastest growing Champagne through the turn of this century, and the fastest growing House in the history of the appellation. Creating Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte requires the harmonious marriage of different varietals, different terroirs, and wines from different vintage years in order to obtain a wine of very highest and most consistent quality, 15 to 35% of reserve wines are added to the N.V Brut, ensuring consistency of quality and style.
Nicolas Feuillatte is the largest grower-owned producer of Champagne, comprising 4,800 vignerons and their families. Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte can cellar fifty million bottles in it's two levels of ventilated and temperature controlled subterranean caves. For over twenty years, winemaker Jean-Pierre Vincent has meticulously supervised the crafting of Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, skillfully determining each individual Cuvee, with over eighty different source wines. Jean-Pierre Vincent is still responsible for Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte's house style, today the third largest producer of Champagne, with two thousand hectares of vineyards, representing of 6% of the total AOC across 217 different Champagne Crus.
