Warburn Premium Reserve is one of Australia's great winemaking success stories. Originally produced for the export market, the wine met with such enthusiastic acceptance that it quickly became one of Australia's very own favourites. A fully approachable, stylish and flavoursome Semillon Sauvignon, with a generous palate and refreshing fruit flavours.
Warburn Estate have taken the opportunity to source high quality fruit from sites which can produce the quality of grape essential for a modern style of white wine. An assemblage of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grown to good Barossa vineyards is earmarked on the basis of full physiological ripeness and exemplary balance. To ensure fruit is picked in optimum condition, bunches are all hand harvested. After whole bunch pressing, the free run juices are settled for five days without filtration to maximise fruit flavour. The wine is fermented over a period of fourteen days at very cool temperatures, then bottled immediately to retain its superb freshness and flavour.
TASTING NOTES
Delicately coloured, with bright lime hues. Aromas of citrus, honey dew and lime with hints of gooseberry. The wine has a crisp, minerally palate showing fresh tropical and grassy flavours. Ready to enjoy now, the ideal accompaniment to seafood, smoked salmon or Asian cuisine.

More About Warburn Estate Wines
Warburn Estate's outstanding success has been achieved through it's expertise in traditional winemaking and innovative techniques
Warburn Estate is located near Griffith in New South Wales, in the centre of the large Riverina grape-growing and agricultural region. Warburn Estate is one of New South Wales most significant wine producers with more than 1000 hectares under vine, a crush capacity of 40,000 tonnes, tank storage for 35 million litres of wine and an annual turnover of $40 million. Warburn Estate proudly remains a private company, maintaining its winemaking independence with the ability to quickly respond to market demands and client needs. The company (formerly Riverina Wines Pty Ltd), is owned by the Sergi family, whose winemaking traditions began in Italy many years ago. Migrants Giuseppe and his son Antonio began to grow grapes on their farm and making wines for his family and friends using old barrels and hand made machinery. He would often sell bulk wine in 200 litre drums, a practice common in Italian cantinas, and would travel extensively throughout Australia to supply his customers. Warburn Estate»
