The Wolf Blass operations are located at the epicentre of Australia's wine industry and have produced some of the nation's most highly decorated editions of Riesling. The inventory of vineyards, many are within the most splendid sub districts of the Barossa and Eden Valleys, have long been trained to deliver harvests of the finest grapes. Following de-stalking and the crush, juices are run off skins and cold settled, the clear juice is decanted off the residue before vinification. Cool temperatures are maintained in fermenters to preserve flavour and retain fresh fruit aromas.
