Wolf Blass made a name for himself very early in his career as being particularly gifted at constructing the most remarkable Riesling wines. Established 1966 in the neighbouring Barossa Valley, the Wolf Blass wineworks have since acquired some of the Eden Valley's most superlative Riesling vineyards. Following harvest in the cool of night to maintain fruit freshness and the persuasive expressions of Eden Valley Riesling, the grapes are gently pressed before the free run juices are transferred to fermenters for cold settling. Inoculation is initiated and a temperature controlled vinification ensues to fully capture and retain the vital Eden Valley fruit characters in the finished wine.
