The Wolf Blass winery is located at the epicentre of the Australian wine industry, and has produced some of Australia's most favourite wines. The Eaglehawk range are full of fresh fruit flavours, crafted from the very best grapes Australia has to offer. 100% Chardonnay grapes ares sourced from excellent sites across southeast Australia. The winemaking team work closely with the viticulturalists and carry out periodic checks in the vineyard to inspect progress of the vines. Following the pressing and fermentations, components were assembled into a distinctly flavoursome Cuvee with fine fruit characteristics and a touch of pleasantly tangy tropical acid at the finish.
